A space to pause, reflect, and figure out work (and life)

Get to the root of what’s holding you back
The beauty of therapy is that it helps you get to the root of what’s really going on.
So often, we focus on the symptoms—our fatigue, our overwhelm, our anxiousness, our overbooked calendars. The wellness world tells us to just change our mindset or go for a run. But it’s rarely that simple.
We all carry a lifetime of experiences, feelings, and stories—at home, and at work. Whether we show it or not, our inner world shapes how we think, how we respond, and how we show up.
That’s why therapy isn’t about fixing one isolated issue. It’s about understanding the web of experiences that shape how you move through your life and work—and helping you make sense of yourself in the process.
When you work with me, I take a holistic approach to getting to know you—your goals, your history, and what you’re hoping therapy will help with. I’m an integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of approaches to create something that fits you. Depending on what brings you in, I may draw from: CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR.
Therapy looks different for everyone because you are different. The methods and pace depend on your goals, your personality, and where you are in your life right now. Some people want to understand patterns that keep showing up; others want practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or self-doubt.
Our work together is flexible and collaborative. As we go, I’ll tailor our sessions to what’s most helpful for you—drawing from evidence-based techniques and an approach grounded in curiosity, compassion, and insight.
